Magier, concentrates his practice in the area of commercial
real estate, particularly Commercial Leasing, real estate
and business acquisitions and sales. Commercial Lease Workouts,
Development, Contract Negotiations, Real Estate and Contract
Consulting and due diligence analysis for industrial companies,
National Chain retailers, owners and individuals.
Representing clients in a wide variety of real estate,
leasing and general contract matters, has negotiated and
concluded hundreds of commercial leasing and real estate
transactions over 20+ years.
Since 1995 continues to represent Trader Joe’s as its Counsel
for commercial leasing transactions and has negotiated and
completed more than 100 varied commercial leasing and acquisition
transactions including retail, warehouse and Office locations
for Trader Joe's. In addition, Mr. Magier negotiates general
business contracts. As a "boutique" firm offers hourly and
flat project rates.
Represents leading Nation Retailers and owners in their
commercial leasing programs, acquisitions, consulting and
analysis. Former Legal Counsel to CVS Corporation- has assisted
Clients by developing commercial leasing real estate programs
and has negotiated and completed hundreds of commercial
leases and major development transactions nationwide, including
acquisitions by nationals of multiple units. Recently facilitated
acquisition of local North Shore Music Theatre.
