In addition, Mr. Magier negotiates general business contracts. As a "boutique" firm offers hourly and flat project rates.

Represents leading Nation Retailers and owners in their commercial leasing programs, acquisitions, consulting and analysis. Former Legal Counsel to CVS Corporation- has assisted Clients by developing commercial leasing real estate programs and has negotiated and completed hundreds of commercial leases and major development transactions nationwide, including acquisitions by nationals of multiple units. Recently facilitated acquisition of local North Shore Music Theatre.
